What may trigger a limit

Your access may be temporarily restricted if we detect activity such as:

• Automated or programmatic use — scripts, bots, or bulk data extraction.
• Shared access — sharing your credentials or letting someone else use your account.
• Resale or redistribution — reselling access or using your account to power a third-party service.
• Any other breach of our Terms and Conditions.

What happens when a limit is reached

If your account reaches a usage limit, you'll see a notification directly in the app. Nothing is required on your side: the limit resets automatically the following day, and you can carry on using GyaanSetu Chat as usual.
